Description

The Vollrath Mirage induction soup kettle is a safer and more efficient solution for heating and serving food. Using induction technology, food is heated evenly without requiring water, which is usually needed on traditional soup kettles. Using only 800 watts, the unit efficiently raises the temperature of the contents from a chilled state to a safe temperature in less than 90 minutes - and then retains a safe holding temperature consuming only 100 watts. The user-friendly LED control display allows for three programmes to be stored and internal sensors alert users when the contents need to be stirred - preserving the food quality and reducing waste.
