The CK-2800 Riber ceran hob is a highly versatile hotplate, designed for use alongide the Rieber Vaithek, although the hob can also be used as a standalone appliance if requried.

Able to accommodate a full size gastronorm tray (1/1GN), the CK-2800 is highly versatile and can easily be slid in to the Varithek depending on your menu. The hob itself is powerful and reliable, and is able to quickly transfer uniform, consistent heat to trays and pans. Operation is simple too, with a user-friendly temperature dial for precise control.
