Description
Designed for functionality, the cupboards will keep plated meals at safe temperatures whilst the Bain Marie top keeps accompanying dishes, such as gravy or beans, warm and ready to serve. The Bain Marie's are also simmerstat controlled and have the capacity to hold four 1/4 gastronorm pots.
Crafted from high-grade, double-skinned stainless steel, the 1894 boasts excellent heat control and durability. Inside the unit there two chrome wired shelves which are removable for maximum serving flexibility. The cupboard doors have magnetic closure, and for easy mobility, the servery is fitted with a sturdy push handle and four swivel castors, two of which are braked.
This model of the Parry mobile servery has a depth of 530mm which means it has a capacity for 30 plated meals. It comes 2-year warranty for parts and labour.
