Standing at just 50cm high, this 4-tray Compact oven can accommodate standard 60x40cm bakery trays, making it a superb choice for bakeries and specialist restaurants. Control is easy too, thanks to a simple and intuitive LED control panel which is capable of storing up to 10 programmes. Two bi-directional fans provide enhanced performance and improved cooking versatility.
This oven is stackable to provide additional baking capacity if required.
