Description
The Lincat Opus 800 electric fryer comes has a temperature range 90°C to 190°C and is fitted with two thermostats to give you precise control over the cooking process. It includes removable batter plates along with a hinged, lift-out element, with safety interlock for easy tank access and cleaning.
Additionally, this electric fryer removes the hassle of attaching and piping an external drain thanks to an inboard oil drainage system. In turn, saving you and your staff time and effort installing.
