Description

Display, illuminate, heat and protect pre-cooked food with CED's rectangular shaped Kubus self help ceran glass hotplate drop in display. This 5/1 GN size hot display features a 5/1GN heated ceran glass area which accept various sized GN flat bottomed dishes and containers. The display fits into a pre-formed cut out made in a countertop . The self help superstructure is made from bright polished steel and aluminium rectangular profiles, with flat, toughened glass sneeze screen protection to the customer side of the display. Product illumination/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps, housed in the rectangular profile gantry. Base heat and surface heat can be adjusted & 'locked' from the operator side of the gantry, by digital temperature display ( control panel ) and adjustable dimmer switch, mounted at eye level. The display has 24 hour operation & is factory set to hold food core at 85°C. Modular heater mat elements under the heated ceran glass give even heat spread & the ceran presentation surface makes for easier cleaning. The display comes complete with lifting kit for installation and is supplied with a concealed control box & 2M flexible electrical conduit for hard wiring to a 16 Amp, 230v 3.3KW supply.
