This enables a huge range of cooking styles - from a gentle simmer to high-heat rolling boil, all on the same 730x740mm solid top cooking surface. The large oven features five shelf positions and can accommodate double size (2/1) gastronorm pans, making it ideal for quickly transferring dishes between appliances. Fitted with sturdy height-adjustable legs.
