Description

An essential addition to any professional kitchen, the propane gas Falcon F900 G9181 solid top oven range features a hugely powerful 10.3kW bullseye burner which delivers heat up to 450°C - ideal for the most demanding multi pan cooking. The large oven compartment is fully gastronorm compatible and can accommodate 2/1 gastro pans over five shelf positions. Temperature control is via two front mounted dial thermostats which provide precise and responsive regulation of the solid top and oven. Fitted with castors for manoeuvrability and ease of cleaning.

All Falcon F900 freestanding appliances benefit from advanced DLS (Dynamic Link System) technology, allowing the units to be seamlessly linked with other F900 products, leaving no gaps between stations - the perfect opportunity to create the ideal cook line for your kitchen.
