Description
Independently controlled frying tanks allow a high output of 27kg of chips per hour per tank during busy hours. Alternatively, during quieter hours you can run a single tank to reduce running costs. As oil is kept completely separate, you can confidently cook dishes and keep items like fish separate to remove any chance of flavour transfer.
