Description

Able to reach temperatures of up to 400C, the LPG gas Falcon Dominator Plus solid top boiling table is an exceptionally versatile and powerful addition to the commercial kitchen. The single bullseye, cast iron solid top is ultra durable and can handle the most demanding of kitchen applications, as well as being able to accommodate more pots than similar sized standard open top ranges. Made from robust stainless steel, the G3127 is both easy to clean and maintain and is supplied with a convenient stand which also doubles as pot storage.
