Description

Part of the Falcon Dominator Plus range, the natural gas Falcon E3117/2 two tier general purpose oven comprises two double sized (2/1) gastronorm compatible ovens securely stacked to offer a huge versatile cooking capacity under one comparatively small footprint. The ovens themselves have a temperature range of 100-250 degrees and are independently controlled, allowing a wide variety of foods to be cooked, whilst the double doors have individual catches to help retain heat and reduce costs.
