With a top temperature of up to 400C, the natural gas Falcon Dominator Plus solid top boiling table is an remarkably versatile and powerful addition to the professional kitchen. The single bullseye, cast iron solid top is ultra durable and can handle the most demanding of kitchen applications, as well as being able to accommodate more pots than similar sized standard open top ranges. Made from durable stainless steel, the G3127 is both easy to clean and is supplied with a convenient stand which also doubles as handy pot and pan storage.
