Description

Designed for the busiest and most demanding of commercial kitchens, the LPG Falcon Chieftain solid top boiling range provides all the power and performance you'd expect from a top of the range commercial gas solid top. The large bullseye offers precise zonal heat and multi-pan cooking, allowing both gentle simmer and full boil using the same heat setting. The solid top is strong and robust enough for most standard pots and pans, whilst the handy mobile stand also doubles as versatile, easy to clean storage. Temperature is precisely regulated using the robust dial control whilst up to 9.6kW of power ensures a rapid heat up and less down time.
