Description
Made in France from 2.5-3mm thick quality carbon steel, the pan is specifically designed for high performance cooking. Riveted steel handles make the pan easy to move around, and as the handles are metal, the pan is oven safe for up to 10mins at 200°C - great for briefly keeping items hot until the rest of the dish is ready. Suitable for all heat sources including induction.
