Description

A heavy-duty Blue Seal range with a gas hob and convection gas oven, providing great versatility and quick heating making the range ideal for use in a busy commercial kitchen where cover turn-over and out-put level is high. Manufactured to be fully modular and with a high quality, heavy-duty chassis construction, the range is able to withstand the rigours of daily use and matches all other Blue Seal units. The gas oven has a capacity of up to 2/1 Gastronorm and the oven burners feature piezo ignition, while the gas hob burners are fitted with flame failure protection.
