Description
Behind the drop-down doors, the Blue Seal oven boasts a generous internal capacity across adjustable shelves. This design makes the oven perfect for bulk cooking and can be used with 2/1 GN pans to prep, store and heat food from a single vessel.
Fully modular and built with a heavy-duty chassis construction, this range is able to withstand the rigours of daily use whilst allowing for easy maintenance. And the unit is equipped with Piezo ignition for quick and easy start up, as well as adjustable legs and castors at the rear to ensure optimal stability and positioning.
