Description
The kit is comprised of three parts. An outer box, a perforated inner box and a lid. By placing frozen food into the inner box, any liquids released by the food as part of the defrosting process is kept separate. Not only does this help to speed up defrosting, it also makes it easier to handle once the process is complete. As the separated liquid is kept away from the meat, it also helps to prevent the build-up of potentially harmful bacteria too - an innovative and mess-free solution for defrosting meats.
